We are closed now for the Summer Holidays
until Sunday 23rd Aug 2026. We are a very small family business where all our
staff are immediate family. Hope you will forgive us for not being available
right now as after a tough time this year, this is the only time of the year we
get the opportunity to all be off work together and spend some much-needed
family time.

ALL ORDERS placed before 03/08/2026 have been dispatched
and on their way to you. NOTHING was left and tracking should be available on
your order or emailed to you from the couriers.

Please do not Panic if you have a problem as all
messages sent to us will be responded to within 24 hours. I realise there may
be some Frustration caused if you are worrying about delivery or received a
faulty or damaged item. I know this does happen with couriers and we try to
minimise this but it is out of our control sometimes.

Customer service is personal to us and I assure you
that your problem will be dealt with and resolved on our return. Please allow
us to help you before leaving feedback or taking it further. It is quicker for
us to resolve these issues.
