UK Mainland Delivery
- We offer free delivery to your nearest Evri ParcelShop for collection. You can find your nearest Evri ParcelShop using their online locator—simply enter your postcode to see the closest options available.

- Standard delivery to your specified address is £3.99 and typically takes 3–5 working days.
- Express delivery to your specified address is £9.99 and typically takes 1–2 working days.
On most occasions the parcel will arrive within the time frame but not guaranteed, please note no weekend delivery. If you’re from Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly. we won’t charge any extra for postage, but delivery may take an additional 1–3 working days.
Overseas Delivery

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.
If you purchase a ONE OFF CUES item, we’re unable to offer next-day delivery, as these are dispatched directly from our manufacturer in South Korea by express post and typically take 5–7 days to reach you. All our other products are shipped from our warehouse in London, and you may choose either next-day delivery or standard delivery for those. Thank you.
